Missing item?

Items you order may sometimes be sent in more than one delivery. Sometimes we'll split your order into a number of different packages, so that we can take advantage of the items in stock at different locations. Regardless of the number of deliveries you receive, you'll only be charged the amount that was originally quoted to you at the time you placed your order. If an item isn't in the parcel and you have concerns, please contact customer service who will look in to this without delay.
