Can I return my purchase to a store?

Yes!  At Karen Millen we understand your time is precious, so to make your shopping experience more convenient, all full price purchases can be returned or exchanged in Karen Millen stores.

 Simply take your item and invoice (emailed to you after you place your order) to your preferred store in its original condition, within 14 days of the dispatch date for a refund.

The items must be in their original condition, unworn and original tag must remain attached to the garment for the return to be accepted.

Please note that this service is not available at Karen Millen Myer Concessions or on sale merchandise.
